Grantwriting for the Arts
With Karen Gross
Workshop
All levels welcome
2 hours
This workshop will walk participants through what a grantwriting process can look like. We’ll talk about possible sources of funding, how peer jury processes work, timelines, making budgets, writing tips, and support materials. We’ll also talk about navigating red tape and imposter syndrome. The workshop will feature discussion, brainstorming, and time for questions. Whether you’ve never written a grant before or you’ve written a few and are looking for tips, you’re welcome to join. If you like making notes, you can bring pencil and paper or a laptop. Notes will also be shared digitally with participants afterwards.
